Orders & Custom Products
All KitX products are custom-made to your specifications. Please double-check sizes, names, and details before placing your order, as changes may not be possible once production has started.

Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed clearly at checkout. Payment must be completed before orders are processed.

Shipping
Orders are shipped within our stated timeframe (typically 12–20 days). Delays may occur due to high demand or shipping carriers, and we are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds
If there is an issue with your order, contact us and we will review your case. Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are only offered if the item is faulty or incorrect.

Product Care
Customers must follow the provided care instructions (wash inside out, cold wash only, no tumble drying). We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care.

Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, and content on this website belong to KitX and may not be copied or used without permission.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.
